W dniach 13-14 maja 2021 odbędzie się 5. Międzynarodowe Sympozjum Familiologiczne pt. "Family - Politics – Globalization". W sympozjum organizowanym w formie online weźmie udział kilku werbistów z całego świata, a także wielu znanych znawców tematu z Polski i zagranicy.
Wydarzenie jest organizowane i koordynowane przez o. prof. dr hab. Jacka Pawlika SVD, który jest Kierownikiem Katedry Teologii Moralnej i Nauk o Rodzinie na Wydziale Teologicznym Uniwersytetu Warmińsko-Mazurskiego.
Sympozjum prowadzone będzie głównie w języku angielskim. Poruszone zostanie wiele istotnych zagadnień z zakresu nauki o rodzinie, polityki oraz zjawiska globalizacji w dzisiejszym świecie. Prelegenci opowiedzą między innymi o instytucjonalizmie w kontraście do globalizacji, o wyzwaniach stojących przed rodzinami ukraińskimi, o biblijnych kontekstach życia rodzinnego, o rodzajach relacji w tradycyjnej rodzinie północnego Kamerunu, o wyzwaniach dla rodziny w kontekście nauczania CELAM, o praktycznych implikacjach nauczania kard. Stefana Wyszyńskiego o rodzinie czy o intymności w życiu rodzinnym (pełny program sympozjum znajduje się na końcu tej strony).
